How to find the Magento Order ID and export a Single Order in Junipeer

When you want to export just one specific order from Magento using Junipeer, you first need the Magento Order ID, and then you’ll use it in the Junipeer export flow. Follow the steps below.

Part 1: Find the Order ID in Magento

  1. Log in to your Magento Admin.

  2. In the left menu, go to:
    Sales → Orders

  3. Use the search bar at the top to look up the customer, email, or other order details.

  4. In the results list, look at the first column labeled ID (Order Number).

Part 2: Use the Order ID in Junipeer

  1. Log in to Junipeer.

  2. In the left menu, go to:
    Flows

  3. Find and open the flow called:
    Export Orders

  4. Inside that flow, click on Export One.

  5. Paste the Magento Order ID you copied earlier into the field.

  6. Run the action to export the order.
