Error message: Currency X and Currency X does not match

This error message may appear in Fortnox during the payment reconciliation process. Fortnox does not accept discrepancies in currency between the payment and the invoice, which prevents the invoice from being reconciled by the integration. As a result, payments that trigger this error will need to be manually entered into Fortnox.

To prevent this, you as a customer should ensure that your payments and the orders intended to serve as the basis for invoicing are in the same currency.

This can only happen while using the integration and not for manual payments in Fortnox.
